Shipping Policy


  • PRE-ORDERS: Shipping dates are estimated and announced during preorder promotions.  Please do not mix pre-orders with in-stock items when checking out.

  • STANDARD: 2 to 5 business days

  • RUSH / EXPEDITED: Please contact Sincerely Teia™ first to ensure your desired product is available for rush shipping. Expedited shipping rates will be applied.

  • DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: Sincerely Teia™ is not responsible for delayed or lost packages after the order has been shipped.

  • DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS: In the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact Sincerely Teia™ with photos of the damaged / defective products.


    • Sincerely Teia™ does its best to ship orders as quickly as possible. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Ensuring the quality of the artwork and shipments is a priority and held at the highest regard. Thank you for your patience.

    •  All orders are shipped Priority via United States Postal Services (USPS). Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Shipping rates vary and are contingent on location destination, product weight, and packaging dimensions. 

    • Please note if orders contain multiple products, they may arrive in one or more shipments with multiple tracking numbers. Products may be shipping from multiple warehouses / vendors. This may result in different delivery timing.


  • RUSH / EXPEDITED: Please select the Express shipping method at checkout.  Express is not offered for every item and country.

  • DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: Redbubble relies on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as well as, local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.  For this reason, tracking is not always available.  If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page, as well as, on the shipping email we send you.

  • DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS: In the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact Redbubble.

  • RESTRICTIONS: There are currently some restrictions affecting the shipping of products to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) addresses.  APO and FPO only accept stickers.  DPO will accept all products.  Express shipping is not available to any of the above in mention.  Please be aware that due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order.  If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.


    • Though Sincerely Teia™ has partnered with Redbubble, they are two separate entities.  Sincerely Teia™ does not manage orders, logistics, exchanges, or returns for products via Redbubble (RBEx).  Sincerely Teia™ is only responsible for the artistry within the product offerings available for purchase. 

Return &

Exchange Policy


All purchases made directly through are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. If the product you received is deemed defective, please contact Sincerely Teia™  via the “CONTACT” tab.


Purchases made via Redbubble are eligible for Exchanges and / or Returns.  RBEx returns can be submitted within 90 days after receiving your order for most items.  Returns for masks can be submitted within 14 days of receipt.  Please visit Redbubble for Exchanges and / or Returns.
