How long does it take for orders placed via Sincerely Teia™ shop to be processed?Please allow up 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. *NOTE: Order processing is not the same as order shipping. PRE-ORDERS: Please do not mix pre-orders with in-stock items when checking out. GIFTS: If your order is a gift, please designate when checking out. Gift notes are welcomed and complimentary.

How do I properly care for my apparel?Do not iron or apply direct heat on the vinyl transfer design. Iron inside-out if needed. Do not dry clean. Recommend washing garment inside-out with cold or warm water temperature setting. Use mild detergents. Do not use bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

What is Sincerely Teia™ Redbubble Exclusives (RBEx)?Sincerely Teia™ has partnered with Redbubble, calling the partnership / collaboration Redbubble Exclusives (RBEx). Redbubble is a global online marketplace for print-on-demand products based on user-submitted artwork. Through this collaboration, Sincerely Teia™ artwork is printed on various product offerings from clothing & apparel to home décor & accessories. Do I have to have a Rebbubble account to place a Sincerely Teia™ Redbubble Exclusive (RBEx) order?ORDERS You don't have to have an account to order a Redbubble Exclusive (RBEx) from Sincerely Teia™. However, if you sign up for an account with Redbubble (it’s free!), then you can keep track of all of your recent and past orders via the Order History & Status page. FREE REDBUBBLE ACCOUNT: You’ll find useful things like Order Numbers Purchase Dates Cost and Destination Each Product within Orders Product Status of Each Item NO REDBUBBLE ACCOUNT, NO PROBLEM: You don’t have a Redbubble account, you can still find information using this feature. All you need is the email you used at checkout and the Order number. You can find your Order number at the top of your confirmation email (subject line: ‘Redbubble Order Confirmation and Progress’). If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can always give the Redbubble Customer Experience Team a shout.

Can I order a Sincerely Teia™ Redbubble Exclusive (RBEx) as a gift?Yes you can! You’ll just need to enter your gift recipient's shipping address at checkout and check the box "This order is a gift". You'll be able to send a digital message to let the recipient know that a special gift is on the way. Don’t worry, your invoice won’t be included in the package (except for some international orders, where an invoice is attached for customs).

Can I order third party / bulk orders from Sincerely Teia™ Redbubble Exclusives (RBEx)?Redbubble Bulk Order Program is designed to help customers interested in placing large orders through the Redbubble marketplace. This program offers many benefits including: A one-time use Bulk Order coupon for up to 55%* off your Bulk Order Free standard shipping for qualifying orders (refund processed post-purchase within 3-5 business days) And depending on your ordering frequency, you may qualify for even more awesome-ness! Can I cancel and / or modify an order made via Redbubble?Because each product on Redbubble is made to order, it's not possible to make changes to orders that have been finalized. However, you can cancel your order and start over with the right stuff! Go to the bottom part of your confirmation email and click on 'Change or cancel your order'. Select the reason for your cancelation and click on 'Cancel Order'. You will be issued a refund of the total price to your original payment method. If your order is being processed, not to worry. You can still click through to our Order Changes Form. We’ll cancel your existing order and issue you a voucher for a replacement with the right changes. Please Note: While we will attempt to process a partial order cancelation requests, we are not always able to do so, in which case we will cancel your entire order.

Does Sincerely Teia™ have a production calendar?Commissions are open and closed at certain times of the year. Please feel free to contact Sincerely Teia™ via the “CONTACT” tab if you have any questions regarding availability. Limited Availability: Accepting commissions, but only limited availability. Special Editions: Commissions that are special editions, exclusive and limited offers. Can be open to the public and / or invite only. Black Out Dates: Commissions will not be accepted during designated black out dates; however, confirmed orders will ship as previously scheduled.

When is the best time to place my commission order?It is never too early to place your commission order. Being proactive in placing your order allows you to fully enjoy the Sincerely Teia™ experience without feeling overwhelmed, rushed, or even stressed. The following timeframes are recommended for order placements: 2 to 4 weeks: Greeting Cards, Shadow Boxes 1 to 2 months: Illustrations, Stationery 3 to 6 months: Invitations, Announcements Please acknowledge that commissions require more time to complete due to the nature of complete customization. Rush requests are considered on a per case basis depending on the current production schedule.

What is the pricing for commission orders?Pricing varies depending on the commissions type and the level of design intricacy. Price is often accumulative of design, materials, print, assembly, and shipping fees. Prices listed are a point of reference and are subject to change based on your requested customizations. How do I make a payment for my commission order?DEPOSIT Once Sincerely Teia™ has received your questionnaire and has a clear idea of your product details, a nonrefundable design fee will be invoiced to your PayPal. $40 for the following products: GLOW UP DO ALL THE THINGS $80 for the following products: THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX PICTURE PERFECT COLOR ME COUTURE OWN IT ISSA CELEBRATION The design fee must be paid in full before the start of design. The design fee includes up to (two) revisions. Any revision made thereafter will result in an additional $10 fee per individual modification. Any overlooked mistakes in spelling and grammar will not be the responsibility of Sincerely Teia™. FULL BALANCE After your design has been reviewed and approved, the final invoice will be sent for full payment via PayPal. The process of creating your product will not begin until full payment has been received. Failure to send payment within 2 business days will cancel your order request.

What is the shipping policy for products ordered via Sincerely Teia™ shop?PRE-ORDERS: Shipping dates are estimated and announced during preorder promotions. Please do not mix pre-orders with in-stock items when checking out. STANDARD: 2 to 5 business days. *NOTE: Order shipping is not the same as order processing. RUSH / EXPEDITED: Please contact Sincerely Teia™ first to ensure your desired product is available for rush shipping. Expedited shipping rates will be applied. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: Sincerely Teia™ is not responsible for delayed or lost packages after the order has been shipped. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS: In the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact Sincerely Teia™ with photos of the damaged / defective products. DISCLAIMER: Sincerely Teia™ does its best to ship orders as quickly as possible. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Ensuring the quality of the artwork and shipments is a priority and held at the highest regard. Thank you for your patience. All orders are shipped Priority via United States Postal Services (USPS). Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Shipping rates vary and are contingent on location destination, product weight, and packaging dimensions. Please note if orders contain multiple products, they may arrive in one or more shipments with multiple tracking numbers. Products may be shipping from multiple warehouses / vendors. What is the shipping policy for products ordered via Sincerely Teia™ Redbubble Exclusives (RBEx)?RUSH / EXPEDITED: Please select the Express shipping method at checkout. Express is not offered for every item and country. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: Redbubble relies on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as well as, local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page, as well as, on the shipping email we send you. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS: In the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact Redbubble. RESTRICTIONS: There are currently some restrictions affecting the shipping of products to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) addresses. APO and FPO only accept stickers. DPO will accept all products. Express shipping is not available to any of the above in mention. Please be aware that due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address. What is the return policy for purchases made via Sincerely Teia™ shop?All purchases made directly through www.sincerelyteia.com are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. Reproduction, misappropriation, and unauthorized use of artwork / products is strictly prohibited. Sincerely Teia™ retains all rights to commissioned artwork, including reproduction for sale and to promote business. Buyers are not entitled to reproduction rights, neither are copyrights transferable with the sale of prints, artwork, and products.

Can I repost Sincerely Teia™ artwork on social media platforms?You are welcome to repost Sincerely Teia™ artwork on your social media outlets, as long as, full credit is given with the hashtag #SincerelyTeia and mention of @sincerelyteia within your post. You may not use Sincerely Teia™ artwork for commercial purposes, nor alter or transform in any way. Do not apply filters, crop, edit, add text, or claim the image as your own.

What is the format of Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards?Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards are electronic only. Physical gift cards are not available at this time.

How do I purchase a Sincerely Teia™ gift card?To purchase a Sincerely Teia™ gift card, click on the eGift tab. 1. Select an amount 2. Enter the recipient's details (Email, Name, Custom Message) 3. Confirm quantity 3. Proceed with payment (Buy Now) After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation about the purchase.

How do gift card recipients receive their eGifts?The gift card recipient will receive an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (insert your name)". Their unique eGift / gift card code apears in the email.

How do recipients redeem eGifts / gift cards at checkout?To redeem the eGift / gift card, the recipient will need to visit Sincerely Teia™ website shop and find items to purchase. During payment, they select the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter their unique eGift / gift card code.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining eGift / gift card value?If the sale is worth more than the value of the eGift / gift card, the recipient can pay for the remaining cost using regular payment methods.

Can eGift / gift card holders check their balance?Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance.

Can Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards be applied to Commissions?Yes, eGifts / gift cards can be applied to a Commission order only when Commissions are open.

Can Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards be applied to the RBEx shop?Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards cannot be applied to the RBEx shop. However, Redbubble offers digital gift cards for purchase that can be applied to Sincerely Teia™ RBEx shop.

Does Sincerely Teia™ eGifts / gift cards expire?Per the Georgia state and federal rules concerning gift cards, which went into effect on August 22, 2010: Money on a gift card cannot expire for at least five years (60 months) from the date the card was purchased, or from the last date any additional money was loaded onto the card. If the expiration date listed on the card is earlier than these dates, the money can be transferred to a replacement card at no cost. Inactivity fees can be charged only after a card hasn’t been used for at least one year, and then only once per month. But fees may be charged to buy the card or to replace a lost or stolen card. The card must clearly disclose its expiration date, and the card or packaging must clearly disclose any fees.

How do I review Sincerely Teia™ as a business and / or a product I purchased?First and foremost, Sincerely Teia™ would like to thank you for your support! To review Sincerely Teia™ as a business or review products, visit www.sincerelyteia.com If you are on your desktop or tablet, on the left side you will see an aqua green box with two stars and the word "REVIEWS" in the center. If you are on your mobile device, on the left side you will just see an aqua green box with a single star. Select this box. You will get the opportunity to review the business, as well as, products. If you would like to leave a business review, select the "Business reviews" tab. If you would like to leave a product review, select the "Product reviews" tab. On the top right corner within the Reviews box, you will see a + sign that reads "Write A Review". Select this button. Be sure to rate your review with the star rating, along with a kind message highlighting your experience or joy for your products. To submit your review, you will need to enter your email address and name; however, only your name will appear in the actual review. To complete your review, proceed to click the submit button. And just like that, you paid it forward for a small business!
